Thank you for shopping at Oomgee Store. Our products are created using Printify, a print-on-demand service that ensures each item is unique and produced only upon order. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase to understand our guidelines.

Returns and Exchanges:
As a print-on-demand store, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for products ordered with incorrect size, color, or due to a change of mind. We encourage customers to double-check their orders before confirming the purchase.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:
We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help. If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, provide our team with a clear photo showcasing the problem. For multiple affected products with the same design, submit an additional photo or video featuring all items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, Oomgee Store provides two options:

1. Replacement with Additional Charge: Opt for a replacement with an extra charge to cover the cost of the new shipment.
2. Partial Refund: Choose a partial refund, excluding shipping fees.

DTG Products Print Placement Tolerance:
For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5″ is applicable for print placement. Minor variations within this range will not be considered as defects.
